Sorry Cheryl. I don't have a pic of them on the piano, but he's wearing them in the picture on the album cover right there.
Thanks for your comment, and I hope you enjoy the website.

You mention there's a picture of Elton John's rings on the piano. I don't see it, but would love to.

After a little research, I found that you are correct. "Don't Go..." was recorded in 1976. I stand corrected. Thanks for pointing it out. I guess I just remembered wrong. Maybe I'm getting "old timer's" disease?

Great article about Lydia, was tickled to learn that she worked at Caribou and that she knew Jim Guercio. About 14 years ago, I worked with a guy who was good friends with Jim. He spoke very highly of him, they had met and became good friends while touring with Gene Pitney years ago.

Great article. It filled in some blanks for me since I also knew her as Lydia Korniloff. Lived in Boulder and loved Netherland but was never at Caribou.

Rest in Peace Dennis.

I just saw the Beach Boys (Mike Love) play up at Jeff Franklin's house (he produced the sitcom Full House, which I guest-starred on after "Too Close for Comfort" ended.)

John Stamos, the actor, joined Mike Love and the rest of the band.

Jeff Franklin bought the property where the Manson murders were, and tore down the original "Helter Skelter murder" house, and all the surrounding homes. He built a stunning 50,000 sq. foot estate with waterfalls. The original tree is still there, which makes it eerie. The haunting things that tree has seen... !
